A Nigerian man has won hearts on social media after demolishing his parents’ old mud house and replacing it with twin duplexes.
The proud son, who decided to thank his parents after his success, shared a video that documented the beginning of the construction project and its completion.
The man showed his father’s clay house in a video he posted online before construction work on the land began.
He then showed video of the finished twin duplexes he built for his parents.
The man wrote, “FROM CLAY HOUSE TO THIS”.
The touching video has since gone viral on social media, with many Nigerians praising the man for his act of kindness and gratitude to his parents, calling it a rare act of love and an inspiration to many others.
According to one user, “This is the kind of news that makes my day. I wish more people would remember their roots and show gratitude to those who have played important roles in their lives. Kudos to this young man for setting a great example”.

Many fans have also praised the stunning twin duplexes, which are a far cry from the old clay house that once stood in their place.
