Ninnah Samuel, a Nigerian lawyer, responded to a resume sent by a job applicant using an unprofessional email address.
According to the lawyer, the job seeker sent her CV via an unprofessional email, ‘ Sexycynthia4Life@gmail.com’.
She also called the jobseeker “unserious” and said she did not notice the email address until her boss asked her about it.
Taking to her page she wrote;
“How on earth do you submit a CV and your email is Sexycynthia4Life@gmail.com If I trash this CV now, you will say we have judged you hastily and it has affected your mental health,” she wrote.
“I didn’t even notice it, it was my Boss who said who is this unserious human being of a joker? You could just answer your name and surname together eg ninnahsamuel@gmail.com. imagine me using Sexyninnah4life . UN will never take me seriously. Even I, will not take myself seriously. Let’s be intentional small, serious organizations consider the tiniest details.”
