A woman has opened up about her early marital experience, candidly recounting how she and her husband navigated intimacy as first-timers.
The story, which recently surfaced on social media, highlights the challenges the couple faced on their wedding night due to a lack of prior experience and guidance.
According to her, both she and her husband had never been intimate before marriage—something that quickly became apparent during their first attempt together.
“When my husband and I got married, my mother-in-law had already told me I was the first woman he ever brought home. She said he never had time for relationships, so I understood,” she shared. “But on our first night, we realised both of us had no experience at all. We kept trying, but nothing seemed to work, and we got tired.”
She explained that the experience prompted them to seek help the following day. The couple visited a pharmacy, where they openly explained their situation and received practical guidance.
“We went to a pharmacy and explained everything. The man asked if either of us had experience, and when we both said no, he sat us down and explained things step by step,” she said. “When we got home and tried again, there was progress, and we stayed indoors for a week.”
Her story has sparked conversations online, with many pointing to the importance of proper education, open communication, and patience for newly married couples adjusting to intimate relationships.
