Mr. Ajagba Joseph, 43, has been taken into custody by the Ondo State Police Command for allegedly trying to kill a man he discovered in his concubine’s home.
This was made known in a statement shared by the police command on X.com on Wednesday.
The statement states that the incident happened on August 23rd when Joseph went to the home of his lover and met another man who was supposedly also seeing the same woman.
Joseph allegedly pulled out a single-barrel gun and shot the other man because he was angry about the situation.
The victim is presently recovering from his wounds after surviving the attack.
“Attempt at Murder: On August 23, this married man, Mr. Ajagba Joseph, 43, went to his concubine’s home and met another concubine. Enraged, he shot the other concubine with his single barrel gun; the victim is recovering; the suspect is in custody and will be charged in due course.”
