Sportsbet is in the news for a Nigerian customer’s complaint about the inability to access his account which he claims has a sum of 14 million nairas.
Emenike said in a video recorded by The Punch that he has N14million in his Sportsbet account which he tried to withdraw but was logged out.
Felix stated that he reportedly contacted Sportybet’s customer support, informing them of the issue, and was told that they would investigate and follow up with him.
Emenike was yet to receive a response from Sportybet at the time of filing this report.
He emphasized that he is not seeking to cause trouble but merely wants to access his funds, which is rightfully his.
