Nollywood actress Osas Ighodaro has voiced concern about the nation’s high inflation rate and how it has impacted the market for commodities.
The actress disclosed to Pulse during a Q&A session that inflation has made N1 million barely last her a day.
A number of celebrities, including actress Osas Ighodaro, have expressed their displeasure with the nation’s high costs and inflation. The same song has recently been sung by a number of celebrities, including Mofe Duncan and comedian Layi Wasabi.
The host asked: “How long will it take you to spend N1 million in this economy?”
Ighodaro replied: “How many seconds? You said seconds? Things are expensive. Maybe a day depending on what I am getting.”
