A Nigerian lady who was given N2.5 million by her man for saying “YES” to his marriage proposal in 2021 has reportedly married another man.
The businesswoman, known as @swiss scarlet on Instagram, made headlines two years ago when she posted a video of the surprise marriage proposal online.
Netizens were more captivated by her man’s N2.5 million cash gift, which he claimed was her reward for sticking by him and accepting his proposal.
She, on the other hand, did not reveal his identity at the time and only flaunted herself in the video.
According to sources, the young lady has married traditionally, but not to the same man who proposed to her in 2021.
She took to Instagram to share photos from the wedding ceremony and thanked her man, whom she referred to as her soulmate, for his encouragement and support.
She captioned the photos as follows:
“Our story is sweet and a miraculous one which I always thank God for putting me through it .when we met each other we knew that we are meant to be, our feelings for each other kept growing stronger everyday our love blossomed and our happiness multiplied . we became each other’s backbone and the love we shared was impregnable.
My husband is my number one source of strength and encouragement, he always empowers with his words and constantly tells me he believes in me. His my everything and being who I am today is all thanks to him. His unending support and love is top notch. I most times call him My Strong Hero cos his really strong indeed in all ramification,his unshakable faith gives me glow from within. Marrying him is my destiny and I know we are both meant to be forever .
