A lady’s viral post on social media has stirred widespread reactions after she revealed why a man retrieved expensive gifts he had given her.
The lady, identified as @freakin_snow on X (formerly Twitter), recounted that she met the man during a flight, and the two quickly built a connection. According to her, the man—whom she described as wealthy—lavished her with gifts over the course of about three months.
She claimed he bought her an iPhone 16 and even gifted her younger brother a PS5, alongside other designer items.
“I met this guy on a flight, we connected so well. He really has money—he spent on me for almost 3 months, even bought me an iPhone 16 and gave my kid brother a PS5 too,” she wrote.
However, things took a dramatic turn when she visited his house. She alleged that the man attempted to get intimate with her, but she declined.
Following her refusal, he reportedly booked a ride for her around 1 a.m. and asked her to leave his house.
The situation escalated the next day when the man allegedly showed up at her residence with his brother, said to be in the army, and retrieved the gifts he had previously given her—including the iPhone, PS5, and some designer items.
“This guy booked my ride around 1am and told me to leave his house. The next day he came to my house with his army brother, took the iPhone 16, some of the designer clothes and the PS5,” she added.
The story has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many debating whether the man was justified in taking back the gifts or if his actions were inappropriate.
