A Nigerian lady broke down in tears online after mistakenly recharging ₦300,000 into her BRT Cowry app, seeking help to withdraw the funds.
She described how the error occurred and disclosed that she had tried contacting the BRT Cowry customer service team in a TikTok video that went viral.
Additionally, she posted a message she sent to one of their agents through their official social media account, but she has not heard back yet.
