Lady blames Emefiele after the Okada rider she transferred money to asked her out

Olasumbo, a woman from Nigeria, has used social media to share the naughty trick an okada rider used to get her number.

Olasumbo shared on Twitter that she hired a bike to take her to her destination but chose to pay the rider with a transfer because there weren’t enough naira in circulation.

He requested her phone number in order to avoid making her wait until he received the payment because he did not receive the credit alert right away.

If the money doesn’t go through, the okada rider promised to call her later for a follow-up.

When the man messaged Olasumbo asking if he could take her out on a date in Yoruba, she was shocked.

The CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, and his plan to redesign the naira, she claimed, were to blame for the shortage of currency.

She wrote “I took bike today and did transfer, bikeman did not get alert so he asked for my number so he does not keep me waiting.

Bike man called me this evening and said: mo fe gbe e jade( i want to take you out) Emefiele you do this one.”
