When you eventually visit a recognized JAMB registration center, completing the attached form accurately will help guarantee a seamless registration process. This template should not be paid for, nor should it be submitted to the registration center.
The 2025 JAMB registration opens any time from now and this document will guide you through the registration process by providing all the necessary information required by accredited JAMB CBT centres. Be sure to download and print the form. While this template document is offered for free, printing it at any cybercafe will cost you a token. You don’t have to print it in colour to save cost. Candidates are advised to complete the 2025 registration template correctly before heading to an accredited centre for registration.
