A Nigerian teacher has sparked laughter and sympathy online after sharing a hilarious yet heartbreaking classroom experience involving her pupils.
The teacher, identified as Ejide’s Diaries on TikTok, revealed that she had asked her pupils to draw her portrait during class. However, what was meant to be a simple creative task quickly turned into a moment of shock.
In a now-viral TikTok video, she displayed a series of drawings submitted by the pupils — and none of them looked anything close to a human being. Instead, the sketches featured bizarre shapes and figures that left social media users in stitches.
Clearly amused and confused, the teacher expressed her frustration while asking netizens how such work should be graded.
“Told my pupils to draw me today. How do I score this please? Is this how I look? Please help me,” she wrote in the video caption.
