A university student from Benin who speaks with a British accent has explained how he got it.
The student apparently went viral after a previous video of him made the rounds on social media in which he was interviewed by a fellow student.
Curious netizens began to inquire as to how he acquired the exotic accent.
The student identified as Aaron claimed that he was born with the accent. He explained that his father, who teaches spoken English, had also influenced how he speaks.
Aaron, who hopes to become a journalist or presenter after finishing his education, says he watches a lot of British shows and the BBC to improve his accent.
