A Nigerian university student posted a video of himself hiding soup inside empty toothpaste containers.
In his defense, the young student stated that he hid all of his food from his roommates in various strange places as a means of survival.
In TikTok, he is known as @drenati01, and he posted a video revealing the various places he hid his food.
He hid his eba in a Glenfiddich container, soup in Colgate and Oral B tubes, garri in a sunlight detergent pack, and sugar in a matchbox, according to the short video captioned “How I Survived My Last Semester.”
He also hid sardines, corned beef, chivita, and biscuit in a washing basin and soaked his clothes with them.
Netizens in the comments section labeled him as stingy, while others stated that certain roommates will make you want to do the same.
