Following the theft of a wig valued at ₦2 million by an unidentified customer, which her recently hired sales representative had rented out for just ₦50,000, a Nigerian hair vendor started crying on social media.
This was shared on the well-known social media site TikTok through a post.
During the video, the upset vendor described how she had just hired a new employee who rented out two wigs to a customer shortly after starting work.
The seller disclosed that the client gave false personal information and has since declined to accept the wigs back. According to reports, one of the wigs is worth ₦2 million.
The caption on her video read: “My wig rental business was going well until I employed a new staff.”
“Now two wigs worth ₦2 million are gone because someone chose to be wicked by dropping fake details to my new girl, and my phone was off to confirm her authenticity. I’ve lost ₦2 million for a ₦50k rental fee. Please, if you’re the one, return it.”
