Aisha Yesufu, a well-known activist and social critic in Nigeria, has declared she will use her voter’s card as a tool to promote accountability and good governance during the general elections of 2023.
This was revealed by Yesufu in a post on her verified Twitter account.
She declared that she supports nonviolent change in government.
The social critic also declared that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s nominee for president, has her utmost support.
She wrote, “I will rather have a bloodless revolution than bloody revolution.
I choose to revolt via the ballot with my permanent voter’s card as my weapon for justice, good governance, accountability and transparency.
“Peter Gregory Obi is the man I have chosen to be the Commander-in-Chief.”
