The moving moment a father was given his son’s graduate certificate, who tragically passed away a day before his graduation ceremony, is captured in an emotive video.
Elethu Pangwa, who passed away, received the diploma posthumously after finishing his biotechnology studies at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, CPUT, in South Africa.
The other graduating students gave Elethu’s father a standing ovation as he took the certificate on his son’s behalf.
Since the video has elicited so many teary responses on social media, it was undoubtedly an emotional moment for many.
