Online, a Nigerian father has provoked outrage by making a joke about strangling his child for constantly crying and bothering him whenever he wants to have sex with his wife.
A post that was shared on the well-known social media site TikTok made this revelation.
The man can be seen in the video putting his hand on the child’s neck and saying—in a disturbing joke—that he should strangle the child.
He clarified that every time he tries to get close to his wife, the child often wakes up and cries.
His statement: “I’m supposed to strangle you, you don’t allow me to sleep. It’s when I want to get close to your mother that you wake up.”
