The actress sparked a commotion at the airport when Stanley, a British Airways employee, attempted to switch her ticket from business to economy.
She mentioned that she didn’t start recording initially, but began after Stanley called a uniformed officer on her, expressing her anger since her polite approach was ineffective.
Erica insisted on getting the service she paid for, bragging that she was richer than the airport employees.
