Well-known TV host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has expressed his profound sadness over Francisca Owumi’s passing on social media, following her catastrophic death.
The runner-up of the first season of Big Brother Nigeria, Francisca Owumi, died on August 29, 2024, after a brief illness, according to reports.
Her fellow season one housemate and purported crush, Ebuka, lamented her untimely death on the microblogging site X.
He called her a real reality TV pioneer and offered his condolences to her family during this trying time.
His words: “Truly sad to hear about the passing of Francisca Owumi, 1st runner up in the very first season of Big Brother Nigeria in 2006. A true reality TV pioneer… My prayers are with her family as they go through what must be a difficult time. And may her soul rest in peace 🕊”
