Denilson Igwe, a former member of the Ex-Mark Angel comedy crew, provides evidence to support his claims that Mark, a colleague, paid Emmanuella N20,000 a month even though he made millions of naira.
Recall that Denilson was a guest on a podcast where he disclosed that he was the original creator of the comedy show and that Mark, who was in charge of their pages’ revenue, had conned him.
The troubled content creator clarified his claim by disclosing a document that showed the N20K agreement between Mark and Emmanuella in the midst of criticism following his exposé.
The document partly reads, “The Manager shall from time to time bring the Artist home to her family to re-unite with her siblings and shall also make for regular communication on phone with her parents.
“That the Manager shall pay to the Artist a monthly upkeep of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only. The Parties hereby agree that a Guardian ad-litem shall be appointed in the person of Barr. (Mrs.) Jacinta O. Chinkere-Nwogu who shall be contacted on all issues concerning the Artist including travels outside Nigeria.”
Sharing the post on Instagram, Denilson captioned it, “Evidence plenty am not chasing clout. Just that some people felt they rich and influential. Forgetting days of little beginning, all the suffer, the struggle, the prayers for better tomorrow now the tomorrow don come 😭😭😭😭.”
