“Dem fall for am” – Basketmouth, Miz Vick debunk engagement

comedian Basketmouth responds to rumors that he and Victoria Eze, a.k.a. Miz Vick, are engaged, explaining that the rumors were started by a lighthearted post meant to “chase clout.”

Basketmouth revealed that he was surprised that people believed his engagement post in a video that was posted on his Instagram account.

He joked, “Dem fall for am…hahahah!”

Basketmouth also released a teaser for his upcoming movie, “A Ghetto Love Story,” in the same video, giving viewers a look at its grim yet endearing plot.

Miz Vick expressed excitement about the project, saying, “We have finally made our very first feature-length film, ‘A Ghetto Love Story’, and I’m really excited because I wrote the film.”

Basketmouth revealed that the story is based on a real-life experience, saying, “This thing happened to me in real life. I experienced it.”

The film is scheduled to premiere on the 22nd of November, as stated in the cover of the post on Instagram.

A star-studded cast of Nkem Owoh, Patience Ozokwor, Wale Ojo, Daniel Etim Effiong, Mercy Johnson, Efe Irele, Bright Okpocha, Victoria Eze, Beverly Osu, and Senatorcomedian, among others, appear in the movie.

With the engagement rumours now cleared up, fans lamented the frustration of falling for the ‘clout’ hook, line, and sinker as expected by Basketmouth and Miz Vick.
