Nigerians flocked to Delta State commercial banks as early as 6 a.m. on Wednesday in search of Naira notes.
The situation has remained the same for weeks now, with customers left to their fate.
A police officer on duty threatened reporters who visited some of the banks. He had insisted that the photographs be deleted, which most reporters refused.
