In response to a remark made by Nollywood actress Sarah Martins regarding his business, “The 5IVE Kitchen,” Afrobeats superstar Davido has snapped back.
Sarah Martins had earlier caused controversy with Davido’s business, “The 5IVE Kitchen,” by suggesting that Chioma’s name would have been a better fit.
According to Sarah Martins, a restaurant named after Chioma would have been a fitting tribute to her culinary prowess.
However, Davido addressed Sarah Martins’ comment in a comment section on Instagram.
He claimed the project was not a restaurant opening but rather a marketing campaign for his album “5IVE” using the FoodCourt app.
The ‘Feel’ crooner also gave Sarah Martins instructions to take Chioma’s photo down from her post.
The post reads, “U no get sense. no restaurant was opened that was a promotional campaign with @foodcourt_app for my album 5️⃣.. now take my wife’s picture off page”.
