David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, a superstar Afrobeats singer, has revealed the effort he made to end the feud between his fans and Wizkid’s fans.
In a recent BBC radio interview, Davido revealed that prior to the release of his “Timeless” album, he spoke to a fan who was regarded as a fan leader and informed him that he had no beef with Wizkid and that they had recently hung out, so he wanted the fans to put an end to the rivalry.
He stated that he desired for his album to be released in a peaceful, clean, and harmonious environment.
Davido also stated that he recently spent time with Wizkid. He did, however, say that the fans were wonderful people, but that they did not listen because, despite his pleas, they got into a fight with Wizkid’s fans just a few days after the discussion.
