For a long time, Davido, widely regarded as one of Africa’s most successful artists, was signed to Sony Music UK via its subsidiary RCA.
On May 19, 2023, the hitmaker revealed that he has renewed his partnership with the record label, further cementing their collaboration.
Davido took to Twitter to express his gratitude while also revealing the extension of his contract with Sony Music and RCA.
He emphasized his unwavering commitment to creating “timeless” music, alluding to his ongoing commitment to providing exceptional musical experiences to his fans around the world.
“I’m grateful to officially announce that I have extended my partnership with @sonymusic & @RCARecords, so we can keep bringing you more TIMELESS moments. We don’t stop, Dey for who dey for you,” Davido’s tweet proudly declared.
