In Abba Anambra State, award-winning author Chimamanda Adichie has been given a chieftaincy title.
She received the honorary title of Odeluwa Abba on Friday. Charles Soludo, the governor of Anambra State, and other notable dignitaries were present at the ceremony.
This was revealed by a Facebook user named Uche Nworah, who wrote, “Award-Winning Novelist Chimamanda Adichie Was Honored By Her Native Abba Hometown, Njikoka LGA, Anambra State, With The Chieftaincy Title Of Odelwa On Friday, 29th December, 2022.” (She Who Writes For The World). Happy birthday, Odelwa.
