A young lady who recently went bald for the first time has been dumped by her boyfriend after a TikTok video showing lines on her scalp went viral.
As earlier reported by GistReel, the TikTok user identified as @baldheadgirl sparked massive reactions online after confidently displaying the visible lines on her scalp. The reason for her baldness, however, remains unknown.
In a follow-up TikTok post, the lady revealed that the viral video cost her relationship. She shared an audio recording of her ex-boyfriend angrily reacting to her decision to post her bald head online while announcing the end of their relationship.
In the audio, the man expressed embarrassment, claiming his friends mocked him over the video. He accused her of ignoring his warning not to post her head on social media and vowed to cut all communication with her.
“Please avoid me. Remember I told you not to post your head on the internet. Everybody knows you have a tortoise head. What kind of head is this? I’m no longer interested in this relationship. I’m blocking you right away,” he said.
Following the revelation, the comment section of the post has been flooded with mixed reactions, with many TikTok users slamming the man for body-shaming and praising the lady for her confidence, while others debated the impact of social media on relationships.
