Wanni, a housemate from Big Brother Naija Season 9, started a heated argument when she claimed that Beauty Tukura, who was eliminated early in Season 7, had accomplished more than Phyna, the eventual winner.
Wanni asserted on Sunday night that only Sheggz and Bella from Season 7 have achieved as much as Beauty in a discussion with her male housemates.
She made the implication that Beauty has had a greater influence and level of success than many other past competitors, including the season’s victor.
Her words …
“They [organisers] disqualified her [Beauty] the second week but she’s one of the most successful apart from Bella and Sheggz. She’s doing good. She’s just bagged an endorsement deal.
“They disqualified her because of violence. She dey hot o! There’s one day Ilebaye did something, she removed her cap and threatened to beat her. Then her boyfriend danced with somebody else at the party and she used her wig to flogged him. And you know, physical violence is not allowed in Biggie’s house. So they disqualified her.
“She was disqualified two weeks but she’s one of the most successful people from her set. Even the winner [Phyna] is not as successful as she is.”
Recall that on Sunday night, Wanni X Handi won the Custodian Challenge, earning them significant authority and immunity.
As the winners, the twin DJ team will now be able to influence the nominations and eviction process for this week. They will also be protected from elimination, meaning they will be able to stay in the Big Brother Naija house for a minimum of one more week.
