A loyal Barcelona supporter has kept his word and allowed his hair to be entirely shaved following his team’s Champions League semifinal loss to Inter Milan.
A video posted to X (formerly Twitter) shows the man sitting in a chair as a number of football fans alternate shaving his hair.
Prior to the match, the man had boldly claimed that Barcelona would win, and promised to have his hair shaved off if they lost.
However, Inter Milan defeated Barcelona with a goal in extra time following a tense match that ended in a draw.
Following through on his promise, the supporter introduced himself to Inter Milan supporters, who subsequently obeyed his command.
The caption of the video reads: “A passionate FC Barcelona supporter in Ghana calmly fulfilled a public promise after vowing to present himself to fellow football fans to be completely shaved if the club failed to win their Champions League semifinal match against Inter Milan.”
