Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, has congratulated Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike on his 55th birthday.
Atiku prayed for good things to happen to Wike on his 55th birthday.
He revealed this in a tweet accompanying Wike’s photo.
“Many Happy Returns,” read the tweet. Atiku stated: “As you turn 55 today, I pray that all lines fall in pleasant places for you. Enjoy your special day. -AA.”
Since losing his bid to become the PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku and Wike have had a strained relationship.
Wike, who has refused to back Atiku’s presidential bid, has demanded that the party’s National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, resign.
According to the governor and his G-5 group, the North cannot produce the party’s presidential candidate and national chairman.
