Actress Ruth Kadiri Raises Alarm Over Unavailability Of Vaccines For Children In Some Hospitals

Popular Nollywood actress and screenwriter, Ruth Kadiri has taken to Instagram to alert the Federal government on the unavailability of vaccines for children in some hospitals.

In a post shared today, May 28, the mum of two said she took her child to the hospital for Cholera vaccine as well as MMR Varicella Immunization and was informed they have no vaccines to give.

‘’Federal government please look into this. My daughter needs her immunization”

jdi_meditech From the comments I read here, i have observed that most Nigerians don’t take immunization of children serious. Why do we still have polio in Nigeria at this era? Because of people I see here in comment section. Please my people go to public health institutions and immunize your children to avoid some deadly but preventable diseases

weightloss_mal Find your way to Government health centers or hospitals around you. Leave private hospitals for now. If it is not available, they will tell you exactly when to come back. It is always available though.

funmilayo_fabrics Go to Public health facility for your immunization it is free don’t know about other state but Lagos State PHC are working and there is availability of vaccine.
