Nigerian businessman explains how he dealt with a man who spent N2 million that he unknowingly transferred to his account.

An Abuja-based Nigerian businessman has shared his experience dealing with a client who spent the entire N2 million that he unintentionally transferred to his bank account.

As @somadina_arthur, the businessman acknowledged, he made a mistaken bank transfer that credited millions of naira to the wrong person.

He acknowledged that he gave N2M to a man in error who spent it all in less than three hours, thinking the Abuja-based businessman would never catch him.

The businessman claimed that he and his wife were eating pepper soup when he was later arrested at home.

His words …

“I sent two million dollars to someone in Lagos by mistake, and he told me he spent the entire amount in less than three hours. I made sure they brought him to Abuja on Friday evening, when he was arrested in his home with his wife sipping pepper soup with my money.”
