A 23-year-old man has been exposed after attempting to use his sister’s 6-year-old son for a money ritual in Ekiti State.
The herbalist he approached reported him to the police instead of assisting him.
A video circulating on X, formerly Twitter, captures the moment the suspect, handcuffed with his hands behind his back, stood beside the young boy.
Reports indicate that he had taken the child to the herbalist, hoping to perform a ritual for wealth.
However, rather than aiding him, the herbalist alerted the authorities, leading to his arrest and subsequent confession.
As the video gained traction online, concerned individuals flooded the comment section to express their reactions.

@Ugochukwu_96: “That child has a very strong spirit. For a babalawo to reject your sacrifice and even call the authorities on you is not normal. I am sure that prior to his coming with the boy, they must have made arrangements. Thank God for saving the innocent child’s life. They should send the guy to prison. Life in Prison.”
