Man recalls deferring his NYSC year to assist his girlfriend who was unable to graduate with their set, only for her to dump him.

The man said this in response to a tweet from the sonorous singer Simi, who asked followers to share some of the strangest things they had done for love.

 “What’s the strangest thing love has made you do?” “#LoveMadeMeDoIt,” the tweet read.

In response, the man identified as Mazim stated that his girlfriend had results issues and was unable to graduate with their set.

He had postponed his service year to help her graduate from college, only for their relationship to fall apart the following year.

He wrote:

“I deferred my NYSC for a year to help my then girlfriend who couldn’t graduate with my set cos she had result issues. The following year, we broke up 😒. Women will stain your white shaa.”
