A Nigerian lady searching for an apartment in Ibadan, Oyo State, was left disappointed after seeing what a property agent showed her for N700,000.
She documented the house tour in a viral TikTok video, sparking widespread reactions online. In the clip posted by @tomiempire08, the lady expressed her disbelief at the state of the apartment.
The footage showed a wall covered with tarpaulin, an unpainted sitting room, and a toilet with a missing lid.
Angry at the state of the place, she went up to the agent and asked if he would be willing to live there himself.
She captioned the video:
“I followed a wacko agent man for a house hunting in Ibadan.”
