A woman, known on X (formerly Twitter) as @LivingWithTola, shared her husband’s inventive method of attracting her attention, sparking a sweet and humorous social media story.
She shared a picture of her TV screen and explained that her husband had resorted to sending a message straight to their smart TV after she sent him to buy bread and he was unable to get through to her on the phone.

“When my husband goes to the store and he’s desperately trying to reach me, he sends messages to the TV,” she captioned the post, which quickly went viral.
The message on the TV read, “Tola, Answer your phone. What do you mean by flatbread. Is it Naan Bread or wraps?”
“The responses to this tweet started cute but we’ve now reached ‘face me I slap you neighborhood,’ so people are losing their minds.
“I’m home taking care of two kids, so I don’t have to look at my phone, and he would have spent max £2 extra buying both. Anyway, let’s keep it cute,” she added.
