Nigerian comedian Michael Charles, also known as OGB Recent or “Cultist,” is the newest landlord in the state of Lagos.
The 25-year-old content creator, who is from Delta State, used his Instagram page to let his fans and followers know the good news.
After years of struggle, he finally owns a home, which he celebrated by posting pictures and videos of it on social media.
OGB Recent, who has joined the group of notable Nigerians with a home in Lekki, Lagos State, wrote:

I said yes to the new address 🍾
New hux new address”
