Mr. Macaroni files “friend,” Lege Miami N50 million defamation suit, and he responds (Video)

Popular Nollywood performer Adams Kehinde, also known as Lege Miami, has responded to Mr. Macaroni’s lawsuit against him for alleged defamation.

Lege was hit with a N50 million lawsuit by Mr. Macaroni for making defamatory remarks about him through the representation of Falana and Falana’s Chambers.

The actor announced this in an Instagram post, sharing the letter with his followers.

Lege was ordered by Mr. Macaroni in a letter to retract his article, apologize within three days, and pay N50 million in damages for the libelous claims.

Lege responded to the lawsuit by referring to Macaroni as his longtime friend and claiming that the creator of the skit did not intend to sue him in a video he posted on his Instagram page.

Lege told Mr. Falana how much he admired him and promised to pay him a visit.

After that, he told the lawyer not to worry about their disagreement because they were friends and would work things out amicably.

Lege Miami criticized Mr. Macaroni for his message to Nigerian youths, which prompted the lawsuit.

Youths were advised not to participate in tribal wars and to instead allow politicians to use them as a means of devastation by the skit creator. The activist urged the youths to stay in the fight in a video posted to his Instagram page.

Lege, in response to the video, criticized the creator of the skit on his Instagram page.

He questioned Mr. Macaroni’s involvement in youth issues and charged that he was opposed to Bola Tinubu, the incoming president of Nigeria.

“Debo what’s your problem, ki lo fe. Your Oga don do one, you wan start another thing. If our government no good, the Hausas wouldn’t support us. Some parts of Igbos supported us and this is Lagos State. You are giving them wrong information .

Mr devil what’s your information, can’t you leave the youths alone. Are you the only youth? You are even older than me so you aren’t a youth anymore. You are old, stop all the things you are doing “. Lege said in part.

Instead of engaging Lege in a verbal duel, Mr. Macaroni filed a defamation lawsuit against him through counsel.
