Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has expressed her endorsement of President Tinubu’s administration, drawing positive parallels with past administrations.
Amidst the ongoing nationwide demonstrations against poor governance in Nigeria, perspectives regarding President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration have differed.
The actress and future politician posted a chart on her Instagram page that compares a number of industries as of July 2024, including oil production, minimum wage, and foreign reserves.
She pointed out that statistics do not lie, and the chart demonstrated improvement in these areas. She said that although everyone is trying to make the country better, Nigerians do not seem to agree with those who they disagree with or find offensive.
Tonto Dikeh encouraged everyone to accept the glaring truth and stay safe while making wise decisions.
Her words: “Statistics don’t lie: everyone is working to get this country to where we want it to be. One thing about Nigerians is that if they don’t like you, nothing you do will ever be good enough for them. Let’s not deny this glaring truth. Stay safe and make wise decisions always.”
