Shola reportedly spent ₦2,000 on transport to attend a night vigil he didn’t even enjoy. Motivated by his crush’s WhatsApp status, “I love men who pray,” he forced himself to participate. During the vigil, he stood two rows behind her, closing his eyes whenever she looked back.
After the service, he finally spoke to her, only to discover that she already had a boyfriend who worked at the church. The revelation left Shola heartbroken, and he had to borrow transport to return home. 😭
