A 25-year-old woman has sparked massive reactions online after narrating how she dramatically scared off a 63-year-old man her father allegedly tried to marry her off to.
According to the lady, her father dismissed the fact that she already had a boyfriend she loved and insisted she accept the older man, describing him as “responsible and wealthy.”
Recounting the disturbing encounter, she said she visited the man at his house, only to feel immediately uncomfortable.
“When I arrived at the man’s house, he was wearing a robe. As he started talking about marriage and respect, he moved closer and tried to kiss me,” she explained.
In a moment she described as instinctive, the lady said she reacted in the most unexpected way.
“I don’t know what came over me, but I stood up, bent my neck, and started barking loudly like a dog—just like my sister and I used to do when we were kids. I even spat a little as I moved around the room.”
Her actions reportedly terrified the man.
“He screamed and ran out, shaking and sweating,” she added.
When she later asked her father if she had done anything wrong, she said he brushed it off and accused her of being dramatic. The suitor, however, immediately withdrew his interest and ended the proposed marriage plans.
