A content creator has narrowly survived severe injuries following a P.O.P. ceiling collapse in his apartment, blaming Lekki house agents for endangering his life.
In a now-viral video, the unidentified man lamented in the Yoruba language, recounting how he was setting up his camera for a live session when the P.O.P. ceiling came down on his head.
According to him, he only suffered an injury to the arm as seen in the video, which was already swollen due to the impact of the ceiling crash.
Lamenting the high cost of rent in Lekki, he ridiculed house agents who are known for inflating rent but care less about the safety of their tenants.
The video has since generated concerns about safety issues and guidelines expected of P.O.P. ceiling installers, citing frequent similar accidents.
