A Nigerian hairdresser has taken to social media to voice their outrage after a disgruntled customer allegedly assaulted them while trying to forcefully take a wig valued at 1.1 million Nigerian Naira due to allegations of a misdelivery.
The vendor described her experience in a video that was uploaded to TikTok.
She said that the customer had originally requested a 24-inch straight bone wig, which was supplied.
The client subsequently asserted, however, that the hair she received did not match her order.
“She came to our store and ordered a 24-inch bone straight. This is the video of what she ordered, and this is the footage of the hair from our camera. She’s now saying it’s not the same hair,” the vendor explained in the video.
In a different video, the vendor claimed that the customer threatened to take a wig worth ₦1.1 million.
She also had bruises on her body, which the vendor claimed were caused during the fight.
The video showed a man attempting to defuse the situation by holding the client in order to stop additional violence.
