Locals have paraded a Nigerian woman for allegedly stealing a Point of Sale (POS) machine and other valuables from the popular Oja Oba market in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
The incident was captured in a TikTok video, which clearly shows the woman’s face as onlookers call her names and accuse her of stealing.
In the background, a female voice narrates the incident, claiming that the woman stole a POS machine from the supermarket.
Despite her pleas for mercy, the suspect is verbally attacked and ignored by those who confront her.
The video has since gone viral, eliciting mixed reactions in the comment section as many Nigerians shared their thoughts on the subject.
